When you access the pages, Netlify processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time) to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable delivery of the website).
If you send us an inquiry via the form, your details (name, email, optionally phone number, travel dates and message) are stored to process your inquiry. The form is processed via the "Netlify Forms" service. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (a) (consent).
The availability calendar shows open and booked periods. Occupancy data is retrieved server-side from the calendar feeds (iCal) of Booking.com and Airbnb and delivered to your browser in aggregated form (only booked or free days). No personal data is transmitted to third parties in this process, and no cookies are set. A binding booking is not created automatically through the website – you submit your preferred dates via the contact form (see item 4). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying availability).
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not embed any external fonts, maps or analytics services (fonts are served locally). The availability calendar also sets no cookies.
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing. Please contact the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (responsible: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Germany).
